What role does proper nutrition play?

A well-balanced diet containing the appropriate amounts of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) is essential to provide enough energy for active kids.

Our physical and mental health depend on proper nutrition. This doesn't mean that we should label foods as "bad" or "good", it simply means that we should be mindful of what we put into our bodies to help us grow.
